Foster Homes Needed for Puppies/Dogs

We are always in need of compassionate individuals and families to provide temporary loving homes for puppies and adult dogs. Fostering is a vital part of our rescue efforts, allowing us to save more lives and give these wonderful animals a safe haven while they await their forever families. Foster dogs may stay with you for a few days or up to several months. We are committed to supporting our foster families by covering all food and veterinary expenses.

Ideal Home

A dedicated home within the state of Maine willing to open their hearts and doors to a dog in need.

Ongoing Health

All veterinary expenses will be covered by Almost Home Rescue.

Training & Support

Guidance and support will be provided to foster families to ensure a positive experience for both you and the dog.
