Meet Red, a charming 3-year-old Cattle Dog mix who tips the scales at around 50 pounds. Red is a resilient soul who found himself in the loving care of a neighbor after his beloved owner sadly passed away. He's been thriving ever since, ready to bring his zest for life to a new family!

Red is always up for an adventure, whether it's a lively play session with his doggy pals, a good romp in the yard, or simply exploring the world around him with boundless enthusiasm and curiosity. He's also a certified lovebug, more than happy to snuggle up close and soak in all the affection you're willing to share. This playful pup is a pro at indoor living, already crate and potty trained – he'll even give you a little whine when he needs to go out. His signature move? A happy stand and lean-in for love when greeting people!

Ideal Home

Red would love an active home where he can continue to learn, play, and be a cherished member of the family. He has done well with other dogs and enjoys playful interactions. While he hasn't lived with children, he's been friendly with neighborhood kids when they've played nearby.

Training & Support

Red knows basic commands like "sit" and "lay down." He is still working on his leash training, as he didn't have much experience with it before entering foster care, but he is eager to learn and please.
