Piper is a sweet, playful, and affectionate 6-month-old female Lab/Shepherd mix who loves to cuddle and be close to her people. Weighing in at 33 lbs, she's a bundle of curious energy and a smart cookie, eager to learn and train. She's already crate trained both day and night and enjoys a good chew toy, especially during her teething phase. Piper is good with women, men, and other dogs, and while she hasn't been exposed to children or cats, she's generally social and affectionate. She's working on her leash walking skills and is not reactive to people or dogs on leash. Piper is looking for a home where she can continue to grow and thrive!

Ideal Home

Piper needs a home with a yard where she can explore and play. She would prefer a home without cats or children, and while she enjoys the company of other dogs, it's not a requirement for her new home. She cannot live in an apartment.

Ongoing Health

Piper is spayed and has no known medical issues.

Training & Support

Piper is house-trained and crate-trained. She enjoys chew toys and will need redirection during her teething phase. She is still working on leash walking and can get car sick, though she is improving. It is recommended that she be fed separately to avoid any potential food aggression.
