Dowdy is full of playful energy and loves spending time with his people. He’d do best in a home with older kids who can handle his strength and enthusiasm, especially when he gets excited.

Dowdy was found as a stray in a well-known dumping area in Dallas, left to fend for himself. Despite his rough start, he hasn’t let it dim his joyful spirit. He’s ready to leave the past behind and find a family who will love and care for him forever. Dowdy was born on July 16, 2022, and is currently being fostered in Fort Worth, Texas. Ideal Home

Dowdy would do best in a home with older kids who can handle his strength and enthusiasm, especially when he gets excited.

Ongoing Health

Dowdy is up-to-date on all vaccinations, deworming, and flea/heartworm prevention. He has been microchipped and his fecal analysis and heartworm test are current. A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of transport.
