Barney is a handsome 3-year-old hound with soulful eyes, a heart as big as his ears, and a nose for fun! He's sweet and full of love for his people and canine friends. True to his hound heritage, Barney is curious about the world and always ready to follow an exciting scent or go on a new adventure with his favorite humans. Barney is a playful, puppy-at-heart guy who brings the party wherever he goes. He enjoys the company of other dogs, loves engaging with his people, and is crate trained – his cozy retreat after a day of fun. He's currently living in a home with other dogs he loves to romp around with. With his signature hound voice and expressive personality, Barney is sure to keep life entertaining and full of smiles.

This fun-loving boy would thrive in a home with a fenced yard to explore, lots of enrichment, and a family excited to continue his training journey. He'd be a fantastic match for an active household with adults and older kids, as well as another playful dog, where he can burn off energy, learn new tricks, and soak up affection.
