Meet Gizmo! This 4-year-old hound mix is the perfect blend of cuddly companion and playful pal. Gizmo has a joyful spirit and is eager to make new friends, whether human or canine. He’s a social butterfly who gets along wonderfully with other dogs and quickly warms up to people. Offer him a treat or a belly rub, and you'll have a loyal friend for life! Gizmo is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, spay/neuter, flea prevention, heartworm testing and prevention, and micro-chipping.

Training & Support

Gizmo is well-socialized and has been working on leash training and basic commands. Adopters should be prepared for continued training efforts, understanding that he is a rescue dog who will blossom with patience and consistency.

Gizmo is currently in Houston, TX. He can be transported to adoption events in VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, & OH. Transport is available via air-conditioned buses with dedicated staff, and you'll be able to follow his journey on a private Facebook Event page.
