Oliver

Oliver is an 11-month-old, 100-pound bundle of pure joy, enthusiasm, and a touch of playful clumsiness! This handsome Great Pyrenees mix came to us as a puppy with significant vision challenges. Thanks to dedicated surgery and care, Oliver can now see, and he's embraced his improved vision with a zest for life, seeing the world as an amazing place filled with potential friends. Oliver adores people, dogs, and life itself! While he'd love cats, his exuberant puppy energy can be a bit overwhelming for feline friends, so he needs a cat-free home. He's a well-mannered housemate, a fantastic car rider, and an absolutely excellent companion. Sweet, social, and affectionate, Oliver truly believes that playtime is a way of life. He'd be happiest with another active, playful dog to be his best friend and share in his teenage doggy adventures.

Ideal Home

Oliver needs a securely fenced yard where he can safely explore, play, and simply be his joyful self. This energetic boy thrives in an environment where he has room to romp. He would also do well in a home with children over the age of 8.

Ongoing Health

Oliver has had surgery to address detached retinas and other vision issues. He has recovered well and can now see, but potential adopters should be aware of his history.

Training & Support

Oliver is generally well-mannered in the house and enjoys car rides. His main desire is for lots of playtime. Providing him with a playful canine companion will help him channel his energy and exuberance.
