Meet Mary Jane, or MJ as we affectionately call her! This beautiful girl has endured more heartbreak than any dog should, yet she’s still full of love, grace, and hope for a brighter future. MJ was found starving, scared, and forgotten, living under a tarp. When a kind stranger rescued her and found a foster home, it seemed like her luck had finally changed, but sadly, that wasn’t the case. The foster is now under investigation and has been arrested multiple times for animal cruelty. That’s when we stepped in, rescuing MJ and many others from this horrific situation. When she arrived, she was skin and bones, frightened, and broken… but not anymore! With love, safety, and care, MJ has blossomed into the sweet, gentle soul she was always meant to be. She adores going on walks, soaking up attention, and being pampered like the queen she truly is. Now, MJ is healthy, gaining weight, and fully vetted. After everything she has survived, she deserves her forever home. This loyal pup has come so far. Now, she just needs someone to give her the final piece of her healing journey: a forever home filled with love.

Ideal Home

MJ would do best in a home without young children or cats, but she enjoys the company of other dogs.
