At 12 years young and just 10 pounds, Fiona is a sweet little Shih Tzu with a heart full of love waiting to bloom. After spending her entire life in a kennel, she's just beginning to learn what it means to be a cherished companion.

Fiona is not yet house-trained, but her dedicated foster mom is patiently helping her learn. She is very shy and skittish at first, yet it's easy to see how much she craves love and affection. So far, she gets along with all of her foster siblings.

Fiona is looking for a calm, patient family who will give her the time she needs to feel safe and secure. Every small milestone is a victory for this precious girl, and with kindness, understanding, and lots of love, Fiona will reward her forever family with quiet companionship and unwavering devotion.
