Hank Reed is a playful, sweet, curious, and cuddly 5-month-old pup weighing approximately 17 pounds. We believe he might be a Pit Bull and Labrador Retriever mix, but with rescue, it's always a delightful guess! Hank's current situation is quite urgent, as he comes from an area with high shelter euthanasia rates for puppies. By choosing to adopt Hank, you're not only saving his life but also opening up space for another animal in need.
Hank loves to play with his siblings and enjoys plenty of nap time – a classic puppy routine of eat, sleep, play, repeat! We are dedicated to providing you with valuable personality and behavioral insights to help ensure Hank is the perfect fit for your family. You'll receive lots of kisses and love in return from your new best friend!
Ideal Home
Hank is still very young and needs a family committed to providing the training, socialization, and dedication that puppyhood requires. He's discovering the world and shaping his personality daily.
Ongoing Health
Hank is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, and a microchip with free lifetime registration. He will also receive a health certificate deeming him healthy for travel.
Training & Support
Routine, structure, setting boundaries, and proper socialization are key for Hank's development. We require all adoptive families to commit to crate training Hank immediately upon arrival to aid in potty training, energy management, and his overall growth into a well-rounded adult dog.
