Sadey is pure sweetness, a caramel-swirled girl who walks around like a warm hug with legs! Her name, S-A-D-E-Y, deserves a little extra sparkle, just like her. With soft, floppy ears and a smile that could power a small town, Sadey showers everyone she meets with affection. She’s a 58 lb, 2-year-old Lab/Golden Retriever mix who’s past the puppy stage and ready for adventure and naps. Sadey's greeting is an immediate full-body lean that melts into a dramatic flop at your feet, demanding belly rubs and unlimited kisses. She's unfamiliar with the concept of personal space and believes everyone is a friend, especially if they have snacks!

Ideal Home

Sadey would thrive in a semi-active home with a backyard where she can play and enjoy summer days. She'd love a family that can provide her with structure and consistency. Bonus points if you have a pool or water nearby, as she absolutely loves splashing around!

Sadey is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccinations.

Training & Support

Sadey pulls on the leash occasionally out of excitement and will show off her voice when she sees friendly faces or other dogs. With consistent, structured walks and gentle correction, she will continue to learn better leash manners.

Sadey is located in the Houston, Texas area. We facilitate adoptions nationwide with our rescue-run USDA certified transport system, ensuring safe and comfortable travel. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada. A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
