Archie

This is our laid-back senior boy, Archie. He's an approximately 9-year-old, 43-pound gentleman who came to our rescue friends in Mexico very sick. Thanks to their dedicated care, his health has improved significantly! Archie is gentle with all our volunteers, other dogs, and even the kids he meets at events. We joke that if Archie were a human, he'd be our Paw-Paw (grandpa), who loves hanging out with his grandchildren and watching Wheel of Fortune every night at 7pm. He would probably enjoy sitting out on his front porch, reading the Sunday paper, and taking morning strolls to the coffee shop down the street.

Ideal Home

Archie would likely thrive in a home that enjoys a relaxed pace of life. He's already shown to be great with children and other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Archie had to have all of his front teeth removed. While he can only eat soft food now, he has no other special dietary needs.

Training & Support

Archie is house-trained.
