Jesse Bear Built Like Your Best Friend

Jesse Bear is the sweetest boy, like a living, breathing teddy bear! He's about 1 year old and weighs 52 lbs. We believe he's a Shepherd/Husky mix, but with any rescue, breed and age are not guaranteed. Jesse Bear is a gentle and affectionate dog who thrives on being part of the family. He's happy to hang out in the yard, follow you around the house, or snuggle up for some love. He has a calm demeanor and leans into people for affection, making him incredibly comforting to be around. He's already shown to be great with kids ages 5-8 and is particularly gentle, often seeking out affection from the older children.

Ideal Home

Jesse Bear would be happiest in a home with a fenced-in backyard where he can explore and enjoy the outdoors. He loves being with his people, whether that's on the couch, on a walk, or even on a camping trip. He'd also make a wonderful work-from-home companion.

Jesse Bear has been friendly with everyone he has met. He's also shown to be dog-friendly and has been respectful around a cat. We are willing to do further testing to ensure a perfect match.

Jesse Bear is located in Texas. We facilitate nationwide adoptions using our USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
