Pablo & Paloma - Paloma

Paloma is a sweet and playful Dachshund/Chi mix who's estimated to be born in April 2021 and weighs around 18lbs. She and her brother, Pablo, are looking for a second chance at a happy life. They were rescued from Texas, so their past is a bit of a mystery, but they've been wonderfully well-behaved in their foster home. Paloma is clean and quiet in her crate and is learning basic obedience and leash manners. She gets along great with other dogs and absolutely adores her brother, doing everything together. These two are a joyful pair who would love to find a home where they can continue to grow and thrive.

Ideal Home

Paloma would do best in a home with children over the age of 8, or an adult-only home. A securely fenced yard is a must, with a physical, visible fence connected to the house. She cannot be adopted into an apartment or condo without a private fenced yard.

Ongoing Health

Paloma is up-to-date on vaccinations and has been spayed and microchipped.

Training & Support

Paloma is working on basic obedience and leash skills, and she's doing very well! With continued positive reinforcement and consistency, she'll be a wonderful companion.

• A sturdy, safe crate is also required (no wire or soft crates).
• Adoptions are considered for Western Washington and possibly Northern Oregon.

Transportation

Paloma is currently in foster care in Poulsbo, WA. Meet and greets will take place there. Transportation to approved adopters in Western Washington and potentially Northern Oregon is available.
