Franck is a handsome Jack Russell Terrier mix with a heart full of love and a spirit full of playfulness. This approximately 7-month-old, 22-pound pup is a social butterfly who absolutely adores being around people and other dogs. He was found abandoned and suffering from mange, which sadly resulted in the loss of part of his tail. Thankfully, Franck has recovered and is now healthy, happy, and ready to embark on a new adventure with a family who will shower him with the affection and care he deserves.
Ideal Home
Franck would thrive in an active family that enjoys outdoor activities and has a securely fenced backyard. He needs a home with owners who have a real intention to rescue a dog and understand the needs of street animals. Prior experience with dog behavior and training is a plus, or a willingness to hire a trainer to help this intelligent dog reach his full potential. High tolerance and patience are essential for this rescued puppy.
Ongoing Health
Franck has fully recovered from his mange and is up-to-date on all his vaccinations, including DHPPI, Rabies, and Bordetella. He is microchipped, has been dewormed, and has tested negative for heartworm. He is on monthly preventive medication for fleas, ticks, and heartworm. A health certificate and vaccination booklet will be provided.
Training & Support
Franck is not yet house-trained. It's important to understand that rescued dogs may need time to adjust to new environments and people. Patience and understanding are crucial for building trust and strengthening your bond. Establishing a routine and clear boundaries will help Franck feel secure.

- Upon approval, an adoption contract will be signed, and the adoption fee will be collected just before your pet arrives. This fee helps cover medical care, vaccinations, microchipping, and food.
Transporation
Franck is currently being fostered in Matamoros, Mexico. He is part of our cross-country travel program and will be available for transport to the East Coast. Our partnered transport company will bring him directly to your door. This includes USDA health certificates and all necessary paperwork for cross-border travel. A transport fee of $400 USD covers the journey from Mexico to your home. You will receive real-time updates throughout his journey.
