Miz Bizkit

Meet Miz Bizkit! This lovely 2-year-old Lab mix, weighing around 57 pounds, is ready to find her forever home. Miz Bizkit came to us as a stray who had a litter of puppies. Thankfully, she and her pups were rescued and brought to safety. Her puppies have all found their loving homes, and Miz Bizkit has since completed her heartworm treatment and received socialization. She's a sweetheart who adores every adult she meets! While she enjoys her independence and isn't a big cuddler, she absolutely loves a good back scratch. Miz Bizkit thrives in calmer environments and is a huge fan of playing ball, though she might play keep-away, so having two balls on hand can make playtime even more fun! She's very food and treat motivated, and knows commands like "sit" and "shake," listening well.

Ideal Home

Miz Bizkit would do best in a home with a physically fenced-in yard where she can safely run and play. She can do well with savvy older kids or teens. She would prefer to be the only dog in the home, as she is an alpha dog and needs slow, thoughtful introductions to other dogs in a calm setting.

Ongoing Health

Miz Bizkit has completed her heartworm treatment. She is up to date on her shots and is spayed.

Training & Support

Miz Bizkit is housetrained, leash-trained, and crate-trained. She rides well in a vehicle. She has worked with a trainer and is happiest when she is familiar with the people and dogs around her.
