Dougie Mac is a squishy, lovable goober with a heart full of joy! This approximately 3-year-old, 55-pound pittie mix is a happy medium between playful and snuggly, always ready for an adventure or a good cuddle. He's a total lover boy, instantly charming everyone he meets with his good looks and happy-go-lucky attitude. Prepare for your camera roll to be overflowing with Dougie Mac!

Ideal Home

Dougie Mac would thrive in a home with a backyard where he can explore, play with his favorite squeaky toys, and cool off in any available water. He's a social butterfly who loves kids and is also friendly with other dogs who enjoy both play and chill time. He is not dependent on having another dog for his energy needs. He was also respectful and appropriate around the resident cat during his foster evaluation.

Ongoing Health

Dougie Mac is a healthy boy. All vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, flea/tick prevention, and heartworm preventative, has been completed. He is microchipped and ready to go!

Training & Support

Dougie Mac is a smarty pants who loves to please! He already knows how to sit, responds well to corrections, and is working on crate training. He is potty-trained and has great house manners. He pulls a bit on leash when excited, but a simple correction is all it takes to remind him to walk like a gentleman. His eagerness to learn means any additional training will be a breeze!
