Hi there, I'm Millie, a sweet and smart 12-year-old, 50-pound brown and white pit bull mix looking for a forever family. I'm spayed, vaccinated, and heartworm negative. I'm also house, crate, and leash trained, and I walk wonderfully on the leash. Car rides are my absolute favorite! I'm a food-motivated girl who has overcome some life challenges.

Ideal Home

I need a calm and confident person who can help me feel safe and secure, especially around men, as I can be a bit hesitant with them. I tend to guard my resources, so please be mindful when I'm enjoying my food, treats, or bones. I'm good with children who understand I'm a sensitive dog and can respect my boundaries, so older children would be best. I'm selective with other dogs and would do well with a friendly, easygoing canine companion. However, I'm not a fan of cats.

Training & Support

I'm house, crate, and leash trained and walk well on leash. I can be a fear snapper and may guard resources like food and treats, so patience and a gentle approach are key.
