This is Buster! Buster was found tied to a fire hydrant in Houston, TX, left all alone without any food or water. We couldn't believe someone would do something like that to such a sweet dog. Thankfully, his foster mom found him and knew she had to help! Buster loves other dogs and kids. Car rides? YES PLEASE! Buster would love to be included in family outings as much as possible. His foster mom has also learned he is very smart! He knows a handful of commands like sit and shake. We are not sure why or how Buster ended up tied to a fire hydrant, but one thing we do know is his forever family is out there somewhere, waiting for him. Buster is fully vetted and ready for his next chapter.
