Willa is located in Texas and can be transported to a Wags drop-off location in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada. Transport is available for an additional $87 surcharge. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
