His confidence blossoms, his playful side emerges, and his affectionate heart shines brighter every day.

Lasso is the perfect companion for a family that appreciates the intelligence and sensitivity of herding breeds. He enjoys daily walks, romping around the yard, and chasing his canine friends in joyful games of tag. When playtime winds down, you'll find him happily sorting through the toy box or curled up with a Kong. If food is involved, Lasso is all in. Treats are the fastest way to his heart.

Ideal Home

Lasso is searching for a home that understands trust is earned with kindness, patience, and time. He must have a mature, canine sibling in his new home. Respectful kids aged 12+ could be a good match. A fully fenced yard is required to allow him a safe place to romp and play.

Ongoing Health

Lasso is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccines. He is current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Lasso seeks out his crate when he needs a quiet place to relax. He's working on leash manners and basic obedience, making steady progress every day. His ideal family will provide a daily routine, celebrate every victory, and allow him to move at his own pace. We think he would be ok with dog-savvy cats.
