Zena is a seven-year-old, 54-pound American Staffordshire Terrier with a gentle soul and a quiet strength. She was rescued from a rural shelter after her puppies were adopted, and she has blossomed in foster care. Zena is fully vaccinated and has completed heartworm treatment. She is resting before her spay surgery. She loves sleeping curled up with her foster's teenage daughter and enjoys gentle play with her toys. Zena is looking for a calm and loving home.

Ideal Home

Zena would thrive in a home with adults and teenagers who appreciate a calm environment and offer tenderness without chaos. She is not suited for loud rooms or very young children. While medium and large dogs are welcome in her life, she prefers to be the only canine companion when it comes to small dogs and cats.

Ongoing Health

Zena is up-to-date on vaccinations and has completed heartworm treatment. She is scheduled for spay surgery. She is kept current on heartworm and flea prevention.
