Hershey is a low-rider cuddle bug who absolutely adores her people and is happiest when she's by your side. She bonds deeply and thrives as a cherished member of the family, following you from room to room and enjoying couch time together.
Ideal Home
Hershey would thrive in a stable, loving home where she can continue to grow and feel safe. While she's had positive experiences with children, including a gentle 9-year-old boy, she'd do best in a home with respectful kids. She enjoys the company of other dogs and has a bouncy play style, so she would do well as the only pet or with a calm, tolerant dog who doesn't mind her enthusiastic greetings. Her foster home has no history with cats, so slow, supervised introductions or a cat-free home would be ideal. Because loud noises like fireworks and thunderstorms can spook her, a calm and secure environment during these times is important.
