Brownie

Meet Brownie, the sweet Border Collie looking for his fresh start! This handsome boy, approximately 2 years old and around 35 pounds, was heartbreakingly found abandoned at a local farmers market. Despite his rough beginning, Brownie's loving spirit shines through, and he's eager to find his forever family.

Ideal Home

Brownie is a wonderful companion who gets along beautifully with other dogs and children. He's looking for a family to give him the love, stability, and forever home he's always deserved.

Ongoing Health

Brownie is currently being treated for heartworms using the slow-kill method. He has completed his 30-day course of doxycycline and received his ProHeart 12 injection. To continue his treatment, he will need to remain on Advantage Multi or NexGard PLUS, and his rescue will provide the next six months of prevention to help ensure he stays on track. Brownie has been neutered.

Training & Support

Brownie is crate trained and house trained. He's learning his basic commands and is eager to please, making him a fantastic candidate for continued training. Like most Border Collies, he's smart and attentive.
