Ethel

Ethel is a happy-go-lucky puppy who's always ready for her next adventure. She has the perfect mix of playful energy and cuddle time, so whether you're running around the yard or relaxing after a fun day, Ethel will be right by your side. One of her favorite times of the day is mealtime – she gets so excited that she can barely contain herself while her food is being prepared! She also loves squeaky toys, chewing on just about anything (she's still learning what's actually okay to chew), and practicing fetch with her tennis ball. If there's a game to play, Ethel is game! She spent time in a foster home with her sister, Lucy, and an elderly Labrador. She loved chasing Lucy around the yard, and has a funny little habit of waiting for Lucy to fish an ice cube out of the water bowl... then swooping in to steal it for herself! It's all part of the fun. Ethel is excited to meet new people and absolutely loves attention. If you stop to pet her, she'll happily soak up every bit of affection you have to offer.

Ongoing Health

Ethel is making great progress with her house training. She sleeps through the night in her crate as long as she gets one last potty break before bed, and she's learning that going outside is the right place to do her business. She does need a potty break pretty soon after dinner, so a family willing to keep her on a routine will help her continue to succeed.
