A little about them

Stewie is a joyful, devoted American Staffordshire Terrier who sees the best in everyone. Rescued after being found chained in a junkyard, he has overcome starvation, heartworm, and a severe facial injury that resulted in the loss of one eye. Today, he is heartworm-free, healthy, pleasantly plump, and ready to celebrate life with his forever family.

Ideal Home

Stewie loves walks, toys, people, ear rubs, and treats. He is loyal and affectionate, but loneliness is difficult for him, so he would thrive with a family that can provide companionship and patience. He is not compatible with cats.

Ongoing Health

Stewie is heartworm-free and healthy. His eye surgery was made possible through the Team Tommie Fund.

Training & Support

Stewie is house-trained and eager to please. His future family should patiently help him channel his enthusiasm into good manners and continue building on his progress.
