Hi! I’m Josie Mae, a sweet little girl looking for my forever family. My journey hasn’t always been easy, but every day I’m learning that people can be kind, life can be fun, and I’m safe. I’ve settled into foster care beautifully and have already shown everyone what a wonderful companion I can be. Since arriving in foster care, I’ve proven what a good girl I am. I’m fully crate trained, sleep quietly through the night, and happily eat my meals in my crate. I’m also potty trained and will even let you know when I need to go outside. My foster mom says I’m a very smart girl! My favorite place is wherever my people are. Whether we’re relaxing on the couch, working from home, spending time in the yard, or taking a short car ride, I’m happiest right by your side. I even have the cutest little happy dance at mealtime. My twirls and excitement are guaranteed to make you smile every single day. I love soaking up the sunshine, running through the grass, and enjoying the simple things in life. I’ve met the resident dogs in my foster home and am learning just how much fun it is to have canine friends. I’d do well with another friendly dog or as your one-and-only princess, as long as I have lots of love and attention. I’m still discovering that the world can be a safe and happy place, so I’d love a family that will continue to encourage me and help build my confidence. Ongoing Health
All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home.
Training & Support

Application Details:
- Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
- We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application.
- We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out.
Transportation
I am in the Dayton, OH area. We adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
