Meet LoveAHeeler. Hi, I’m Courtney—the founder of LoveAHeeler. I’ve had a lifelong passion for animals and welcomed my first Australian Cattle Dog in 2017, quickly followed by a second. From that point on, I fell in love with the breed. I began breeding in 2018 and, since then, have gained extensive experience in canine reproduction, whelping, and the raising and training of heelers. I am especially passionate about working breeds and truly enjoy training—from solid foundational obedience to more advanced skills. I’ve worked in the veterinary field since 2016, which has deeply influenced my breeding program and commitment to responsible, informed care. Within my program, I personally handle breeding, whelping, and all veterinary-related care. I thrive on the drive and energy that heelers are known for and stay very active with my dogs. I look forward to continuing our herding work and am excited to begin exploring the show ring in the coming year.
