Dinah Dove Gentle Heart is a beautiful Rottweiler/Shepherd mix, just over a year old and weighing 63 lbs. She has a truly comforting and calm presence, with soft eyes that will melt your heart. Dinah is still exploring the world, and her playful, affectionate personality is growing every day. She is deeply loving and adores gentle affection, especially belly rubs. She forms a quiet, meaningful connection that feels incredibly special.
Ideal Home
Dinah would thrive in a calm home with older kids or adults who understand shy dogs and the beauty of letting trust build slowly. She is not recommended for homes with cats or very small dogs, as fast movements and busy environments can overwhelm her.
Ongoing Health
Dinah is up to date on all vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, and flea and heartworm prevention. She has been spayed and microchipped.
Training & Support
Dinah is people-oriented despite her initial shyness. She craves soft affection, patient reassurance, and gentle connection. She thrives with calm voices and kind handling. While initially shy with other dogs, she has shown appropriate social skills and gentle communication once comfortable. She may be overwhelmed by pushy dogs but gives fair, controlled corrections when needed. Once comfortable, she enjoys rough-and-tumble play.
