Meet Castiel! This spunky year-old terrier and chihuahua mix is a true survivor, rescued from a high-kill area. He's a joy to be around, with a unique wiry coat that's likely moderate to low shedding. Castiel is a playful pup who loves to engage with his humans and other dogs. He's already shown he can be a good companion to smaller, playful dogs and is gentle with children. He's also curious about cats but ultimately uninterested. Castiel is a people-pleaser and eager to learn, though he will need continued training and socialization as he grows. He's a trusting and outgoing boy who adores attention and will shower his new family with kisses. Even with his hearing impairment, Castiel is a fully capable and energetic dog who loves cuddles and playtime. He's a truly one-of-a-kind, blue-eyed wonder looking for his forever home!
