Hi there! My name is Nemo, and I'm a 5-year-old Shepherd mix looking for a fresh start.

I came to the shelter when my family had to move and couldn't take me with them. While it was a big change for me, I'm doing my best to stay hopeful that my forever family is still out there waiting.

I'm heartworm negative, up to date on all my vaccinations, and ready to head home with someone special. My shelter friends think I would do best in a home with older children (around 10 years and up) who can respect my space and understand my needs. I would also prefer to be the only pet in the home, as I don't get along well with other dogs or cats.

What I really want is a family who will love me for who I am and give me the stability I've been missing. In return, I'll be a loyal companion who will always be happy to see you.

My adoption fee is $115.50 plus tax, and the shelter offers trial adoptions to help ensure I'm going into a home where I can truly thrive.

The shelter is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30-4 and is closed daily for lunch from 12:30-1. Adoptions are done on a first come first serve basis for owner releases. Strays have a wait list.
