Comet

Comet is an adorable, calm, and sweet Black Lab Mix puppy, estimated to be born on May 18th, 2023. At 5 months old, he weighs 26lbs. His future adult weight is unknown, but his new family must be prepared to welcome him at any size! Comet is a smart, quick learner, alert, and playful, but generally calm for a young pup. He joined BAARK from an overcrowded shelter in Kentucky and is now ready for his forever home. Comet is sociable, playful, and gets along well with dogs, particularly younger or middle-aged companions.

Ideal Home

An ideal family for Comet will embrace his puppy energy and playfulness, committing the time to train and help him become his best self. A securely fenced yard is highly recommended, and another younger or middle-aged dog would be a great addition to the household.

Ongoing Health

Comet is up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, is on heartworm preventative, and is microchipped. His neuter is included in his adoption fee.

Training & Support

Comet is crate-trained and is actively working on his housebreaking.
