Victoria

Victoria is a sweet and loving 3-year-old dog who thrives on companionship. She’s happiest when snuggled up next to her favorite person and enjoys going for walks and car rides. Her playful side shines during zoomies or when she's happily engaged with her toys. Victoria is potty trained, knows basic commands, and does well in her kennel. She bonds deeply with her people but needs time and patience to build trust. She may take longer to warm up to new people, especially men, but given time and positive interactions, she can build strong connections. Victoria has had a difficult past, including being found as a stray with mange, a tumor, heartworm, and ear infections. She has undergone treatment for these issues and is now ready to find her forever home.

Ideal Home

Victoria would do best as the only pet in the home or with an experienced adopter willing to do very slow introductions with other dogs. Victoria is not suited for a home with cats.

Ongoing Health

Victoria has been treated for mange, a tumor, heartworm, and ear infections. She will need ongoing monitoring as she continues to recover.

Training & Support

Victoria knows basic commands and is house-trained. She needs patience and positive reinforcement to build trust with new people.
