Mateo is a 1-2 year old Shih Poo weighing about 15 lbs. This sweet and lively boy is full of personality—outgoing, friendly, and always ready for playtime. He gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and adores kids, making him a great fit for a family looking for a cheerful companion. Mateo was surrendered along with his sister, Matilda, and is now looking for a loving forever home where he can thrive.

Mateo is neutered, vaccinated, and heartworm negative. His adoption fee includes spay/neuter if over 3 months of age, rabies, bordatella, DHPP, and microchip.

Mateo is crate trained but still working on fully mastering his potty training.

Transporation

Mateo is located in McAllen, Texas, but can be transported to the East Coast, primarily serving the NJ, NY, PA, and CT areas. Drop-off locations for MA, NH, ME, VT, and RI are in Vermont, Rhode Island, or Connecticut. There are no meet and greets; transport is provided upon adoption.
