Reeses

Reeses is a handsome, athletic boy who's been waiting far too long for the right opportunity. At around 4½ years old and 63 pounds, he's an intelligent, confident dog with plenty of potential—but he'll need the right people to help him reach it. Life in the shelter has been difficult for Reeses. He's strong, energetic, and eager to be out exploring, but he has significant behavior challenges that make him unsuitable for placement through a traditional adoption program at this time. Because of this, Reeses is available to approved rescue organizations only. We believe he deserves the chance to continue his journey with a team committed to giving him that opportunity.

Ideal Home

Reeses is looking for a rescue organization that has the resources, structure, and behavior modification experience to help him succeed outside of the shelter environment. He is not suitable for homes with children under 8 or other dogs.

Ongoing Health

We cannot offer any guarantees on the age, health, temperament, personality or mental disposition of any pet.

Training & Support

Reeses has significant behavior challenges and will require a dedicated behavior modification plan. We cannot represent, warrant, promise, or guarantee how the adopted pet will interact or react to the new home environment.

Reeses is located at the Hamilton Township Animal Shelter in Hamilton, NJ. We are unable to offer transportation at this time.
