The Chocolate-Coated King of the Doghouse (and Your Heart)
Meet Turner, a 55-pound Boxer mix who's more than just a handsome face; he's your next adventure buddy with the energy of a caffeinated squirrel and the curiosity of a toddler. Turner is a watchful, intelligent pup who loves surveying his kingdom, often from atop his doghouse throne. He has serious leading-man charisma and takes his role as neighborhood lookout very seriously, making him the perfect alert system that also loves belly rubs.
Ideal Home
Turner thrives on activity and adventure and would love a home where he can keep up with an active family. He loves kids, especially his 13-year-old foster sister. He is curious about cats but hasn't had close interaction, so a proper introduction will be key. Homes with children 10 years and over are recommended to ensure the best fit for both the pets and families involved.
Ongoing Health
Turner is an outdoor foster due to space limitations but is ready to move into a home where he can be part of the family.
Training & Support
Leash training is in progress; Turner has enthusiasm for walks but sometimes gets distracted by squirrels. With a little consistency, he will make an amazing walking or running buddy. He plays well with other dogs but is still learning to share, especially when it comes to food.

Turner is currently being fostered in Arkansas and will be transported to his forever home by our rescue. Transports depart each week.
