Meet Hollis DFW, a resilient and gentle soul whose story began on the streets but is now ready for its happiest chapters. This handsome Great Pyrenees mix is estimated to be between 18 months and 2 years old and weighs approximately 87 pounds. Despite a tough start, Hollis has a spirit that shines through, showing he's ready to embrace a brighter future. He's doing well with other dogs, has discovered the comfort of a crate, and is learning to trust the joys of regular meals, soft beds, and kind humans. Hollis is a whole lot of dog with an incredibly resilient spirit, and we're so excited to see him heal and thrive.

Hollis would do well in a home that can provide him with a safe and loving environment as he continues to heal and gain strength.

Ongoing Health

Hollis is currently receiving veterinary care for a bullet lodged in his front leg, which has been causing him to limp. He has also started heartworm treatment. He has been neutered.

Training & Support

Hollis is learning that he never has to fend for himself again and is focused on healing and gaining strength. He's cooperative and gentle, ready to learn and grow with his new family.
