Lia

Lia is a tiny little thing, about 12 pounds, around 3–4 years old, and we believe she’s a miniature schnauzer mix. She was found alone, scared, and unsure of the world, but thankfully, she was rescued and is now safe, cleaned up, and waiting for her forever home. Lia recently had a spa day and is looking adorable, but she's still a bit overwhelmed by the shelter environment. You'll often find her tucked away, quiet, but with slow, gentle interactions, you'll see her soft eyes and sweet soul shine through, just waiting to feel safe again. She doesn't need much, just a calm, patient home where she can finally relax and learn that the world isn't so scary. We hope to see Lia's story turn into a happy ending, where she's curled up on a couch instead of in a kennel.
