Penelope

Penelope is a delightful 2-year-old, 45 lb pit mix who perfectly balances playful energy with a snuggly disposition. She absolutely loves a game of fetch, can often be found zooming around the yard, and then gracefully transitions to lounging on the couch for some well-deserved belly rubs. Penelope is incredibly affectionate and her happiest moments are spent close to her favorite people. She's also a social butterfly, doing well with other dogs and even cats!

Ideal Home

Penelope would thrive in a home with older children or adults. She's not a big fan of small kiddos, so a quieter environment with gentle interactions would be ideal.

Penelope is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Penelope is treat-motivated, loves her toys, and is already crate trained and potty trained. Her active and playful nature means she'll be a fun companion for anyone looking for an enthusiastic playmate.

Transporation

Penelope is currently located in Texas and can be adopted either locally or out of state. We coordinate everything with our ground transport teams to ensure they arrive to the adopter safely and we keep the adopter in the loop every step of the way. Transport costs are included in the adoption fees. We also have our fosters video chat with potential adopters prior to adoption so that the adopter gets to see the animals and ensure its a fit.
