Jenny

Jenny is believed to be 18, but you would never guess that meeting her! She is a carefree little Jack Russell who was recently surrendered. She is understandably confused, but does well with other dogs. To be an only dog your entire life and then to suddenly find yourself in a strange house with 18 other dogs can be overwhelming. Other than food aggression towards other dogs, we’ve only seen a lonely little girl who wants to be loved.

Ideal Home

Jenny does well with other dogs, but we are still assessing her interactions with cats and children.

Ongoing Health

Jenny desperately needs a dental and has signs of arthritis indicative to her age. She is otherwise healthy and we will schedule a dental for her once we have collected enough donations to cover it.

Training & Support

Jenny shows food aggression towards other dogs. Continued positive reinforcement and a structured environment will help her settle in.
