Gracie

Gracie is a sweet, silly, smart, and affectionate 7-month-old, 22-pound white Shepherd mix with plenty of playful puppy energy. She loves exploring, playing, and cuddling with her people, and she would thrive in an active home ready to help her continue growing and learning.

Ideal Home

Gracie enjoys meeting other dogs and would love a friendly canine companion, though one is not required. She has done well around children, including an 18-month-old. She is curious, playful, affectionate, and has shown no resource-guarding concerns. She also navigates stairs comfortably.

Gracie needs a home with the time and energy for a growing puppy. She should not be left crated for a full 8-hour workday.

Ongoing Health

• Gracie is spayed and vaccinated.
• She is up to date on her preventative medications.
• Car rides are a work in progress because she currently gets carsick.

Training & Support

• Gracie sleeps well in her crate overnight and can be crated for about 4–5 hours during the day.
• She is still teething and should be safely crated when left alone.
• She is not fully leash trained and will need consistency and patience.
• She is puppy-pad trained and is still learning to feel comfortable pottying outside on grass.

Transportation

Transport runs every few weeks, and Gracie will travel on the next available transport once approved. If you need to accept a dog during a specific time period, please apply when that timing works for you.
