Meet Maximus (Max/Maxi) – your paw-fect husky sidekick! Maximus is a Husky weighing 54.7lbs., with an estimated birthday of 04/08/2021. He's the sweetest, most lovable soul, found wandering a shopping center parking lot and greeting everyone with enthusiasm. Max is a total people pup who wants nothing more than to be by your side, following you like a fluffy shadow. He has a wonderfully calm and easygoing vibe, happy to chill at home or head out for an adventure. Max is friendly with everyone, great with kids, and gets along well with most other dogs. He already knows commands like sit, paw, and stay, is potty trained, and walks nicely on leash, though squirrels and cats can occasionally distract him. He thrives on companionship and being part of your everyday life.
Ideal Home
Max thrives on companionship and would do best in a home where someone is around more often or willing to help him build confidence when left alone. A friendly dog sibling would be a huge bonus for him.
Ongoing Health
Maximus is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered.
Training & Support
Max is potty trained and walks nicely on leash, but can be distracted by squirrels and cats. He is still learning to be comfortable alone and would benefit from help building his confidence. All adopters are eligible to receive a discount on training programs with Curbed Behaviors Dog Training within 30 or 60-90 days of adoption.

Transporation
Maximus is located in Houston, TX. Transport is included in the adoption fee and is coordinated weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas. Pickup locations may vary, including to nearby towns or states. Adopters can track their dog's transport using the Life360 app and will receive updates. Facebook chats are also available for tracking updates.
