Bertha II

Hi there! My name is Bertha II, and I'm a sweet 7-year-old brindle girl looking for my forever home. I'm an owner surrender because my previous human just didn't have enough time for me. The most important thing to know about me is that I'm bonded with my littermate, Rocky, and we absolutely must be adopted together. Think of it as a double dose of boxer love! I'm described as friendly, active, smart, protective, playful, and very affectionate. I get along wonderfully with Rocky, my littermate. While I can be a little reactive towards dogs I don't know initially, I warm up once I make a connection. I haven't lived with a cat, so it's a mystery how we'd get along. I've had a positive experience with a 4-year-old, so I'm said to be kid-friendly!

Ideal Home

A home that can welcome both me and my bonded littermate, Rocky, is essential. I'm comfortable being left with other dogs if my humans need to be away. I'm house-trained and crate-trained, and I sleep on a dog bed in the living room at night. I have excellent behavior when I'm outside and don't dig or try to jump fences.

I'm a healthy senior girl!

Training & Support

I'm already house-trained and crate-trained. I love riding in the car, playing with a ball, and giving and receiving affection!
