Sylvester Notalone

Sylvester Notalone has decided to take a break from trying to catch Tweety bird. He does like to have friends and prefers to hang out with female dogs. Sylvester doesn't like to have another dog in his face and can be a little protective of his food around other dogs. He may not be the most popular due to the color of his fur, but his personality speaks for himself. We are unsure how he would be with kids or cats.

Ideal Home

Sylvester would do best in a home with female dogs. He would prefer not to have another dog in his face.

Ongoing Health

Sylvester is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, has been neutered, and is microchipped.

Training & Support

Sylvester can be a little protective of his food around other dogs and may need continued guidance to manage this.

• The adoption fee is $250.
• With an approved application, a deposit can hold your new best friend for up to 1 week to allow you time to come to PAWS. This deposit is not refundable nor transferable and is not applied to the adoption fee.

Sylvester is located at 400 W. Walnut St., Jacksonville, IL 62650. You can meet him on Fridays or Saturdays from 10 AM - 4 PM. Please call and leave a message if you need to reach us off-hours, and a volunteer will return your call as soon as possible.
