Courage

Courage is a resilient 3-year-old American Bully, weighing around 65lbs. He's a bundle of playful energy and affectionate cuddles, ready to shower his new family with unconditional love. Despite a difficult start, Courage's spirit shines through, making him a loyal and loving companion who truly wants to be loved and feel safe. He listens well, especially once he understands what's being asked, and is quick to settle when he gets excited. Courage is fully potty trained and has had no accidents. He bonds deeply and wants to be part of everything you do. He's described as a "short king," stocky, beefy, and low to the ground, but a total teddy bear at heart.

Ideal Home

Courage would do best in a home without small children or cats. He thrives with other dogs and enjoys active play. His ideal environment includes a secure, fenced yard to accommodate his love for zoomies and sunbathing.

Ongoing Health

Courage experiences some separation anxiety and needs a family who can provide reassurance and understanding. He doesn’t do well being left alone and may try to escape a crate or scratch at a door; he just wants to be near you.

Training & Support

When Courage gets excited, he may jump a little, but if you tell him to stop, he settles down quickly. He needs a patient and loving home to help him feel secure when left alone.
