Iris

Iris is a beautiful, sweet girl who is a joy to have around! She has a calm demeanor and is a wonderful companion. Iris is a cuddle bug who loves to snuggle on the couch and is incredibly patient, even with young children. While she can be a bit vocal when she's feeling lonely, she's otherwise a very quiet observer, content to rest in your home office all day. She's also had zero potty accidents and is a fast learner, already responding to directional commands to help her navigate her surroundings.

Ideal Home

Iris thrives in a stable environment where things don't move around too much. Keeping her food and water in the same place is ideal.

Ongoing Health

Iris is blind, but it doesn't slow her down. She uses her other senses to get around and is learning to rely on vocal commands.

Training & Support

Continuing to work on vocal commands will be beneficial for Iris to help her confidently navigate her environment. She also does best when her food is put away if other dogs are around, as she is a snacker.

Iris is currently in our foster program in Washington State. Transportation can be arranged to approved adopters.
