Kabru

Kabru is a 4-year-old, 82-pound German Shepherd mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He's a lovable, high-energy goofball who's always ready for fun, whether it's a long hike, a trip to the brewery, or a walk by the bay. Kabru is smart and affectionate with a mischievous streak, thriving on attention and love. He can be a little mischievous, but in the most charming way! He thrives in an active home that keeps him engaged with plenty of adventure, structure, and training. He sometimes struggles with focus and has a little separation anxiety, but he has so much potential! He'd do great with structure, training, and even a job to keep him busy. Kabru's journey started at Pasadena Humane as part of a fire relief effort before making his way to TAP. He spent about three months in the shelter before getting his second chance, and now he's ready to find his forever home!

Ideal Home

Kabru is looking for an active family who has the time and patience to help him become the amazing companion he's meant to be. He would do best with older kids or big dog friends who can keep up with his energy and help show him how to be a polite gentleman.

Kabru is crate, leash, and potty trained. He is working a little bit on improving his leash manners. He would benefit from a home that provides structure, training, and a job to keep him busy.
