Queen Bessie is a sweet and intuitive girl who absolutely adores booty scratches and snuggling up on the couch. She's always checking in on her humans and eager to connect, often sensing when something is amiss and offering her thoughtful presence. Bessie also has a playful side and enjoys some roughhousing, especially with her best buddy, Draco. They can entertain each other for hours before settling in for a long, cozy nap together – they are truly best friends! Bessie was rescued from a county shelter where she was facing euthanasia due to overcrowding. She's had a tough start, but now she's dreaming of a loving forever home.

Queen Bessie is located in Houston, TX. Transport is included in the adoption fee and can take her to your state or a neighboring state. Pickup locations for transported dogs may vary. We coordinate with ground transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states. Adopters can track the transport van using the Life360 app and receive updates. Facebook chats are also available for tracking updates during transport.
