King

King is a one-year-old Basset Hound/Lab mix with a gentle soul and a laid-back nature. He's still gaining confidence and can be a bit shy around new things and loud noises, but with patience, he blossoms into a calm and easygoing companion. King loves to romp in the yard, go for walks, and soak up the sunshine. He's a playful pup who enjoys a game of fetch, tug-of-war, and a good chew session with his favorite sturdy toys and knuckle bones. He's already crate and house trained, making him a breeze to integrate into your home.

Ideal Home

King would thrive in a patient, understanding home that will give him the time and space he needs to build confidence and learn that the world is a safe and wonderful place. A home without cats is recommended due to his prey drive.

Ongoing Health

King has a sensitive stomach and does best on food formulated for sensitive stomachs. Treats like milk bones do not agree with him.

Training & Support

King can be a little jumpy when excited, but is generally calm. He has a prey drive and enjoys chasing small critters. With love and consistency, he will be a loyal and loving companion.
