Scruffles

Hello everyone! I'm Scruffles, a handsome and friendly 3-year-old, 54 lb Rottweiler / German Shepherd mix. My journey began as a stray puppy in Von Ormy, Texas, where locals kindly fed me before a wonderful foster took me in and cared for me. When I moved to Rhode Island, I adapted quickly and am now looking for my forever family. My foster mom describes me as a total sweetheart, well-behaved, housebroken, and so deserving of a loving home. I absolutely adore kids of all ages! I am vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and more than ready to meet you!

I am an incredibly friendly boy who is always wagging and smiling, amazing with people and children. I have a great personality, a happy demeanor, and a medium energy level – not too much, not too little, just the perfect amount for playtime, family activities, and social gatherings. I'm always up for an adventure! I am sweet and affectionate, but I'm not the overly slobbery type, so no need to worry about constant kisses. I am currently in CT. We adopt to many different states along the East Coast, and transport costs are included in the adoption fee. If you are located outside our typical adoption states, we have options to help get you connected with your dream dog.
